Whole Lotta Hoopla for Teens

Staff -- School Library Journal, 2/1/1998

First came a Web guide for kids. Now ALA has a roadmap for teens looking for good places to go in cyberspace. Teen Hoopla: An Internet Guide for Teens (www.ala.org/teenhoopla) promises to help young people seeking everything from the latest e-zines or music reviews to information they can use to do their homework. Created by ALA's Young Adult Library Services Association, Teen Hoopla debuted early last month, in time for ALA's Midwinter Meeting.
