Cummins Elected to ALA's Executive Board

Julie Cummins, Coordinator for Children's Services at the New York Public Library, has been elected to ALA's Executive Board. Cummins, an ALA Councilor and former chair of the Newbery Award Committee, faced three other candidates for two open Executive Board slots. Liz Bishoff, a vice president at OCLC in Dublin, OH, was also elected by ALA Council at the Midwinter Meeting in New Orleans this month.
