Time Is Running Out...

The Giant Step Award, established by School Library Journal and the Gale Group, is an annual award of $10,000 to a school library--or a public library working together with a school--that has made significant improvements in service to students. The Estela and Raul Mora Award was established by poet Pat Mora and her siblings in memory of their parents. The award honors a library, school, or REFORMA chapter for an exemplary celebration of Dia de Los Libros/Dia de Los Ninos. The award includes a $500 prize.
