New Product- One-Stop Searching

Gale and Ingenta, two major electronic publishers of research materials, have developed a new database service allowing searchers to find Ingenta's electronic academic journals and Gale's periodical data on a single search screen. The new online service, to be called InfoTrac Onefile Plus and Expanded Academic Plus, will debut as part of InfoTrac Onefile and InfoTrac Expanded Academic this summer, and later expand to Gale's Resource Centers.

Although the new product is targeted to the academic community, it's also aimed at advanced high school students. It will be free to InfoTrac and Ingenta subscribers.
