A federal judge has ordered the Cedarville (AR) School District to return Harry Potter books to the library, in the nation's first legal decision involving a ban of the popular J. K. Rowling series. The April 22 ruling was the result of a lawsuit claiming a 2002 school-board ban of Harry Potter was unconstitutional (see News , April 2003, p. 22).
