Staff -- School Library Journal, 07/01/2004

Thanks to the $29.99 price tag for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and increased audiobook sales, the dollar amount spent on children's books rose to $2.1 billion in 2003 from $1.9 billion the year before. Among the top-10 best-selling titles were Disney's Winnie the Pooh books, Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Scooby Doo.
