Key Omission in Patriot Act Report

Has Big Brother been snooping around your public library and bookstore records? We'll never know anytime soon. Although the Justice Department recently submitted a 29-page report to Congress outlining arrests made under the Patriot Act, it left out one crucial piece of information—whether the FBI has taken advantage of Section 215 of the law, which gives law enforcement officials permission to check patrons' bookstore, library, and Internet records.
