Can't wait until Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix hits the big screen in July? You're in luck. Warner Bros. on November 20 released the film's first teaser trailer, which can be seen in theaters with the animated adventure Happy Feet.
In Order of the Phoenix, the teenage wizard, played by Daniel Radcliffe, returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts and has his first on-screen kiss with 18-year-old actress Katie Leung, who plays Hogwarts witch Cho Chang.
Radcliffe denied reports that he milked the scene for about 30 takes. "It was reported that we did a huge amount of takes, but actually you do that number on any scene," Radcliffe told England's Daily Mail. "Once you have covered it from all the camera angles you've done about 30 takes."
Meanwhile, Electronic Arts says it's developing a Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix video game adaptation of J. K. Rowling's book. The game, which marks the series' first next-generation console platforms, is currently scheduled to ship in July to coincide with the movie's release on July 13, 2007. As with previous games in the series, Order of the Phoenix will follow Harry and his wizard friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, as they work to complete yet another year full of schoolwork and dangers at Hogwarts.
