This summer the American Library Association is joining with the Corporation of National and Community Service and other nonprofit organizations in an initiative to encourage more young people, particularly those from disadvantaged circumstances, to help other kids in need. The White House will be making an official announcement on June 22, but in the meantime, check out the official fact sheet to learn more about how your library can participate.
