2.0 Freedom Update
May 23, 2008

Poll #1:  Please check off the 2.0 applications that ARE allowed in your school or district. (Check all that apply)
524 votes from 148 participants (126 from the US, 22 from Canada)

Poll #2: Please check off the 2.0 applications NOT allowed in your school or district. (Check all that apply)
379 votes from 180 participants (165 from the US, 15 from Canada)

Here's a little update to a post I did last week, based on many additional votes and my upgrade to a Pro account at Polldaddy which now allows me to see how many folks actually participated, not merely how many votes were tallied.

The data  follow the same patterns as the last update.  Social networking and video sharing seem to be the most limited of our 2.0 tools.  Wikis, blogging, and digital storytelling seem to be the most adoptable based on the limited sample of readers of this blog.

Any thoughts?  Please let me knw if you find a use for this data!  Please also feel free to suggest additional polls.

It may be too obvious to warrant comment, but these results seem potentially skewed: schools who aren't already on board with the web 2.0 push, probably aren't reading this blog, and I would guess, block even more vigorously.
