From Jackson, the Maasai with a laptop

Here is Jackson's first response. If you (and any kids you work with) have questions for him, post them as comments and I will send them on, and post the answers here:
I Jackson, a maasai by tribe depend on cattle for food, mostly I eat meat and drink milk and blood. Following the influence and interaction with other people in the Camp in the masai mara, I now eat some vegetables and cereals.
The cattle I herd are domestic hence not part of wildlife.
My father is very different from me. He never went to school and can only speak maasai language. He doesn't eat most of the modern foods apart from beef, milk, and blood and drinks soup from medicinal herbs.
His job is to look after cattle. He is fully attached to maasai traditions.
Jackson, who is a Safari guide in the mara, is falling between his father life and modern civilization, two different worlds.
