This is one of the coolest, quickest demonstrations of Web speak I've ever seen! Thanks for sharing - I'm sending this to everyone I know, including my students!!!

BTW - at my school, teachers started working this week, and I've already gotten some "bites" on my new blog and teachers are starting to ask questions about RSS feeds and blogging and podcasting with kids :-) :-) :-) - the transformation has begun!!!!!!!!! Whoo Hoo!!!!!

I think it's great--especially to use with students who will appreciate the style & music video-like quality. For those with little background in 2.0, it may be a little fast.

I think this video is equally impressive. I plan to use it when I turnkey the 12 Things. It is entitled "Pay Attention".

This video was done by Michael Wesch, a cultural anthro professor at Kansas State University, I think it is. I heard him speak at the media literacy conference at Uconn this past spring - he is fascinating. He and his students study the web as a culture. He has a whole class that is conducted with/by the students using laptops, wikis, and student research - talk about constructivist learning!! If you ever get a chance to hear him speak, go!

This video gave me my Web 2.0 aha moment! We can focus on the substance of the web, information, entertainment, collaboration, community, and not get bogged down by formatting. XML makes us free! I just didn't quite get it until watching the video. Thanks for posting.
