The clock is ticking. Check with your state's Board of Elections to find out if there is still time to register teens to vote in the November election. In some states, even incarcerated 18-year-olds retain the right to vote. Deadlines vary from state to state. The ACLU also is a great source of information on voting rights.

Rebecca Hinch was hired in June of 2008 as the teen services facilitator to recruit a Teen Advisory Group (T.A.G.) to help guide these changes and foster teen programming in all of its facilities.
