Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Florida) age 18 or older. Winners must be librarians, working staff of a library or seeking employment at a library. Employees of vendors of services and products to libraries are not eligible. Employees of Reed Business Information (the "Sponsor") and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry: Method #1:
To enter, follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/01/06 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 12/15/06. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Limit: One online entry per person or email address. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Method #2: To enter via US mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: SLJ/LJ Fall Collection Sweepstakes, c/o: School Library Journal/Library Journal, 360 Park Avenue South, Room 13-004, New York, NY 10010. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 10/01/06 and 11/15/06 and received by 11/30/06. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail/entries.

Random Drawing:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 01/05/07. Winners will be notified by e-mail, and at the judges' discretion, may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"), if permissible, within 14 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes awarded within 90 days after receipt of Affidavit/Release. If Affidavit/Release or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. Prize is non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving spouse. Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and sales and income taxes. Prizes awarded to winners on behalf of their institution. Entry and acceptance of any prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, institution name and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of each prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize.
