Penguin has recently launched “The Publisher's Office,” a brand new online resource
featuring three unique channels. The Screening Room features a variety of shows produced by Penguin, from author interviews to musings by Jon Scieszka. The Radio Room gives visitors a chance to listen in on Penguin editors, listen to books, and learn more about the publishing business. The Reading Room is the place to visit for excerpts from soon-to-be-published novels and check out articles from Penguin’s nonfiction authors. Of particular interest to teen services librarians is a series within the Screening Room, YA Central, currently showing a four part series featuring author Laurie Halse Anderson.
