All I have to say about Sophomore Undercover is that the story in it itself may have potential but the author needs to work on hooking the reader from the beginning. He takes too much time describing the setting and character instead of the issue at hand and drawing in the character. I did not continue the book. This is likely why I stopped reading, the beginning did not draw me into the story.—Manee T., age 16This review is from a member of the Teens Know "Best" YA Galley Group of the St. Paul Public Library and the Metropolitan State University Library and Learning Center (MN), a part of YALSA's Young Adult Galley/Teen Top Ten Project which uses 15 public libraries and school library media centers from across the country to provide feedback to publishers of young adult books.
