PreS-K—Molloy's fourth album is comprised of ballads, lullabies, poetry, and stories that encourage youngsters to relax. A variety of beautiful musical instruments-dulcimer, violin, electric piano, flute, harp-accompany her crisp, sweet soprano vocals, although she also can hold her own a cappella (as in "The Moon Shines Down"). Highlights include traditional tunes such as "Hush My Little One," "Early in the Evening" (featuring Molloy in a three-part round), "Sleep Now and Rest" (opens with a recorder solo), and "All the World Is Sleeping." Among the well-done original songs are "Evening's Coming" and "Night Is Falling" (opens with a violin), "Sleep So Gently" (features a harp and flute accompaniment), and "Wind Through My Window" (the dulcimer and electric piano are well matched with Molloy's vocals). This collection will help young children unwind for an afternoon nap.—Stephanie Bange, Wright State University, Dayton, OH
