PreS-K–From all over the world, the authors have found 30 different dumplings and named their delicious distinguishing characteristics, from buchi and madombi to gyoza and siu mai, with the insides overflowing, and pierogi, where the stuffing is all tucked away. These dumplings, big and small, whether steamed or roasted, are all with cheerful faces, often dipped in sauces, and the people shown, from many different cultures, are enjoying every last one; ideas of connection and community are part of sharing these multifaceted treats.
