The book is an absolute riot, and Jared Goldsmith provides just the right voices for a kid's perspective on the big event and its escalation into catastrophe.
VERDICT This irreverent story will make anyone who has ever been involved in an author visit grin at the grains of truth, greatly magnified, to be found here. It's a lot of fun and will bring somewhat guilty chortles to both children and adults.
