PreS-K—Preschool fans of Peppa's book series will enjoy watching this collection of her latest adventures. In "The Golden Boots" episode, Mrs. Duck walks off with Peppa's favorite pair of rain boots and Peppa is distraught, because without them, she won't be able to participate in the puddle-jumping competition. Peppa's family and friends embark on a boot hunt that leads them to the boat docks, to a desert island, and finally to the moon. The upbeat episode is infused with songs, and the narrators' British accents are humorous and expressive. This collection includes nine additional episodes featuring Peppa's adventures with family and friends. The themes of family, respect, and cooperation are emphasized in each segment.
VERDICT The youngest viewers will love joining Peppa, her family, and her friends on these lighthearted romps.
