Rosemary Long Ears

Rosemary is a free-spirited, very long-eared dog who wants to have fun exploring her neighborhood with her best friend, a child with brown skin and dark hair in two ponytails. Along their journey, Rosemary uses her nose to sniff her way to new discoveries. Her first find is puddles on the sidewalk. She enjoys walking through the puddles so much that she does not realize that they make her ears wet. As she and her friend continue, Rosemary’s ears become muddy and then leaves and twigs get caught in her fur. Readers will recognize their own feelings when Rosemary is upset that she must have a bath but is soon smitten with the process. Ghahremani continues to convey all the innocence and joy of childhood with this sweet story.
