Vampirina in the Snow

PreS-Gr 2—Vampirina wakes up to a winter wonderland—it has snowed! She is ready for a day of fun. After she bundles up, Vampirina and her family head out to play. They catch snow on their tongues while they wait for the beautiful, white snow to pile up. Once there is enough snow, they make snowmen and snow angels. Then the real fun starts—sledding! After sledding, there is the traditional snowball fight followed by a trek through the woods to observe nature and all the beauty that happens on a snowy day. Finally, the pond is frozen, so everyone can ice skate. After the long day outdoors, everyone is ready for hot cocoa and treats. Hopefully the snow will stick around for another day. The adorable illustrations will capture readers, especially those who watch the show on Disney Junior. Vampirina also shares many activities that would be fun to do on a winter break from school.
