Edwards provides an excellent take on a classic, drawing secondary characters to the forefront and telling their love story. The novel is populated with the classic personas from Pride and Prejudice, who are given a modern outlook on life in Regency England. Characters cue white.
VERDICT A thoughtful and enticing romance, perfect for anyone searching for tales of hidden longing and true love.
