Tor Authors, Latinx Superheroine Take Manhattan

A group of Tor and Tor Teen authors gathered in New York City for a meet and greet on February 28 that took place at the Flatiron Building before an event at Books of Wonder. Books by V.E. On March 1, the YA crossover author of Juliet Takes a BreathGabby Rivera, debuted the first issue of Mavel's "America" comics at Midtown Comics's downtown location in New York City. The superheroine comic centers on the adventures of America Chavez, a queer Latina teenager with superhuman strength and durability and the power of flight.
